We need a government for the people again!

We need to hold our representative responsible for whatever they are doing. It’s time to have a government for the people and not for the government.

What is wrong with these politicians?

 As NPR's John Ydstie reported, "Ninety-nine percent of Americans will see little or no change in income tax rates because of this deal. But the top 1 percent will see an increase of almost 5 percentage points on incomes above $400,000 for individuals and $450,000 for couples."

This means for the typical household with $50,000 in earnings, which amounts to about $20 per week. It could cost high-income households as much as $85 a week!

I don’t know about you, but I don’t think this is fair!
